Grilled Pineapple with Lime Dip Recipe

Peel and core the pineapple; cut into eight wedges
- LIME DIP:
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
Cranberry Granola Bars

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift together flour and baking powder in a bowl
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup dried cranberries, or chopped dried tart cherries
- 3 egg whites
- 2 cups low fat granola cereal with raisins
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1-1/4 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Irish Cream Liqueur

Directions Combine all ingredients and mix in blender
- 1 3/4 C. Irish whiskey
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 C. heavy cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbs. chocolate syrup
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract

- 4to 4 1/2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose or Unbleached Flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter
- 2 eggs
- Filling
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 cup filberts, pecans or walnuts, ground
- Glaze
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Sangria Sunrise

- 2 cups cold fresh orange juice
- 2 cups cold fresh pineapple juice
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup finely diced fresh pineapple
- 1 orange, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 lime, halved and thinly sliced
- Ice cubes, as needed
- 1 bottle fruity red wine, chilled
Sweet & Sour Pickles

Drain & cut pickles in chunks
- V. Crush Kosher Dill Pickles
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 2 c sugar
Herb Rice Mix

mix and store in airtight container to prepare mix all ingredients with 2 c water & 1 T margarine in large sauce...
- 1 c uncooked white rice
- 2 t instant beef bouillon
- 1/2 t rosemary
- 1/2 t marjoram
- 1/2 t thyme
- 1 t dried minced onion
Parmesan Stuffed Chicken with Strawberries

- 3 C strawberries, washed and sliced
- 2 TB white balsamic or white wine vinegar
- 1/4 low sugar strawberry jam (or homemade which is what I used)
- coarse salt and fresh pepper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- sliced Parmesan or White Cheddar
- 6-8 basil leaves
- 1 TB olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Garnish of fresh basil (because I cannot get enough)
Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf

1. Heat oven to 350. Mix together the first four ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix, any flavor (6 oz)
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup steak sauce
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
Baker's Fudge Frosting

Directions Cook chocolate and milk over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and blended
- 4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces 1/2 C. cold milk
- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
