- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup raisins
Apple 'N Peanut Crisp

1.Preheat oven to 425°. 2
- 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced (about 6 cups)-
- 2 Tbsp. PLUS 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup uncooked quick oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. Skippy ® Creamy or Super Chunk ® Peanut Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Sprea
- 4 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
Uncooked Summer Cherry Tomatoe Sauce

Pour the olive oil into a bowl and set aside

- 2 garlic cloves, peeled

- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract Green food color (optional)
- CHOCOLATE GLAZE

- 1/4 C. water
- 1/2 C. light corn syrup or agave nectar
- 2 egg whites, at room temperature
- 1 tsp. rose syrup
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 C. dried apricots, quartered
- 1/2 C. dried cherries, cut bite size
- 1 1/2 C. bittersweet chocolate, chopped fine and melted
