Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1-1 1/4 lb)
- 4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 4 pieces
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t paprika (opt)
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T cornstarch
- 2/3 c reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 T finely chopped parsley
Snickers Cookies

Preheat oven 350*. Line cookie sheet with parchment
- 1/2 c quick oats
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 c softened butter
- 1 1/2 c light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 8 regular Snickers Bars, chopped

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

heat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 9 1/2 ounces all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground clove
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 7 ounces dark brown sugar
- 5 ounces unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 ounces molasses, by weight
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
- 4 ounces finely chopped candied ginger
- Sanding sugar, for sprinkling, optional

A large pinch of Italian seasoning (herb mix) Preheat oven to 450°F
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup or 1/4 pound), melted
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or 2/3 cup if you are using a Microplane zester)
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- A large pinch of Italian seasoning (herb mix)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 lbs of skinless, boneless, chicken meat, cut into pieces no larger than 2x2 inches

- 1-1/4 cups warm buttermilk (70° to 80°)
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

- 1 to 350°F. 9- 8-inch Lightly spray 9- or 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- 2 1/4 large bowl, stir together cookie mix, oil, syrup and egg until soft dough forms. Reserve 1/4 cup bacon for garnish. Stir remaining bacon and peanuts into dough. Press evenly in pan.
- 4 4 4 cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
