- Here’s what you will need:
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken /shredded (about 3 cups worth)
- 1/2 cup Celery /finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrots /finely chopped
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese /softened
- 1/2 cup Hot Buffalo Sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- Round wonton/gyoza wrappers
- Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping (optional)

- 1 1/4 cups cold water

- 1 12-ounce bottle lager-style beer (Yuengling is our preference)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 8 cloves garlic, smashed
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary (removed from stem)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 skin-on, bone-in chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each) (we used boneless skinless)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

- 5 5 5 pounds brisket (ask your butcher for a second cut brisket with the outer silver skin removed)
- 2-3 2-3 2-3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced (8-10 slices per clove)
- Salt and pepper
- Oil, for braising
- 8 8 8 carrots, peeled and roughly cut
- 3 3 3 onions, peeled and roughly cut

1. Shred the cooked chicken breasts in a bowl using 2 forks
- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- 2 egg yolks
- 30 grams plain flour
- 175 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
Chicken, Balsamic Rosemary

1. To make marinade: In a small pot, add vinegar, oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and mix until combined
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Fresh black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
- 4 (5 ounces each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (If your chicken breast are large, cut into 5 ounce sizes to equal 4 breasts)
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Fresh rosemary springs, for garnish

- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
