Sometimes chocolate chip cookies just aren't enough
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup virgin coconut oil (softened)
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
- 2/3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1. Heat oven to 350F (if using dark or nonstick cookie sheet
- 3/4 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cups Butter, softened
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tsp Rum Flavor
- 1 Egg
- 2 1/4 Cup flour
- 1 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
- RUM GLAZE
- 2 Tbl Butter, melted
- 1 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tsp Rum Flavor
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
