Ingredients
- 20 Tomatillos
- 10 - 20 jalapenos (2:1 ratio by weight - sliced)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 Cup white vinegar
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Cups chopped Cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Combine above ingredients in sauce pan and simmer til well done. Allow to cool and blend in a food processor/blender.
Add 2 cups choppen cilantro, blend again.
