- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 tbs oil, divided (add more if needed)
- 1 lb grassfed ground beef
- 5 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 serrano pepper, minced (more if you like it spicy)
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Organic Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper, adjust to taste (be sure to season well)
- green onion, garnish - optional

1. Combine the dates, almonds, and salt in a food processor until it begins to stick together

- 1 c almonds
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 c almond butter
- 1/4 c coconut oil, melted

- Cake:
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 cup Justin’s Maple Almond Butter
- (If you don’t want to buy maple almond butter, use plain + 1 tablespoon maple syrup.)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- Frosting:
- 1/3 cup coconut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Optional:
- Pecan halves or whole almonds for garnish

- 1 whole chicken , halved (can have the butcher do this or can do it yourself with a sharp knife- cut lengthwise through the middle of the breast leaving a leg on each side). Can also just use chicken breasts (pictured) or thighs.
