Moroccan Meatballs

In a large bowl combine the paprika, cumin, coriander, sea salt, and cinnamon

- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger root, minced
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- 3 teaspoons cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- Tomato Sauce
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 large onion, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 3 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced almonds and scallions for garnish (optional)
Honey Roasted Carrots with Balsamic

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- 1 bunch carrots, I used rainbow (1 pound)
- 4-6 scallions
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. fresh thyme

Three-Ingredient Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash bananas in a medium bowl

- almonds, pulsed in a food processor to a chunky almond meal - 1 cup (of the processed meal)
- coconut flour - 1 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon - a generous dash
- dark chocolate chips - a handful (about 1/4 cup)
- dried fruit (e.g. cherries, cranberries) - to taste

- 5 whole Carrot, Raw, peeled and shredded
- 1 cup Maple Syrup, Grade B
- 3/4 cup Coconut Flour, sifted
- 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 10 Eggs, Pastured
- 10 Medjool Dates
- 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Coconut Oil, Organic, melted
Summer Squash Meatball Casserole

- 2 tablespoons bacon fat
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 small zucchinis, shredded
- 2 small yellow squash, shredded
- 1 red onion, shredded
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can of diced tomatoes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Broccoli & Walnut Stuffed Sweet Potatoes (Paleo)
