1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 teaspoons fresh sage leaves, freshly chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons coconut or olive oil
- 3 cups celery, chopped
- 2 cups onion, chopped
- 3 granny smith apples, cored and chopped
- 1 pound mushrooms, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup turkey stock or drippings from turkey
Roasted Radishes with Rosemary

- 3 Cups Radishes, halved
- 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
- 10 Black Peppercorns
- 3 Spragues Fresh Organic Rosemary
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In food processor, pulse dates with 1 cup almond meal until the dates are finely chopped
- 1 cup dates, roughly chopped
- 2 1/2 cups almond meal
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 tsp cloves, ground; 1/2 tsp nutmeg, ground; 4 tsp ginger, ground
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbs bacon grease or coconut oil
- Chopped bits of bacon (optional)
