- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Almost Famous Barbeque Chicken Pizza

- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1/2 pound prepared pizza dough, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons dark barbecue sauce
- 1 8 -ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2/3 cup grated smoked gouda cheese (about 3 ounces)
- 2/3 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese (about 3 ounces)

This is a delicious and quick soup
- 1/4 lb. chopped pancetta or bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 32 oz. box of chicken broth
- 1 15 oz. can of white beans (cannellini or great northern) drained and rinsed
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme (can use dried)
- 1/2 pkg of fresh baby spinach
- freshly grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Ham & Potatoes au Gratin Casserole

- 1/4 cup (1/2-stick) of butter
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups milk, divided
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- Seasoning salt, freshly cracked black pepper and Cajun seasoning, to taste
- 4 medium sized baking potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
- 2 cups cooked ham, chopped
- 1 cup leftover or frozen vegetables, your choice, optional
