Pot Luck Baked Beans

1. Preheat oven to 400°F
- 3 cans (28 ounces each) baked beans
- 1 cup packed (divided) Light Brown Sugar
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 slices thick bacon, cut in half
Slow-Cooker Cranberry Orange Pork Roast

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 flat boneless pork loin roast (4 lb.)
- 1 can (14 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. less-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. zest and 1/4 cup juice from 1 orange
Chewy Lemon Sugar Cookies

Adjust the oven racks to the upper- and lower-middle positions and heat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar, plus 1/3 cup for rolling dough
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened, cut into 8 pieces
- Zest of one large lemon
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and still warm
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
Caprese Salad With Garlic Balsamic Dressing

- for the dressing:
- plastic container of washed baby greens, any kind {about 6 cups}
- 1 lb. Bocconcini, drained, patted dry and halved {baby mozzarella balls}
- 1 lb. grape tomatoes, washed and halved
- 12 large basil leaves, chopped
- cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 7 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper, to taste

- CAKE:
- egg white
- 4 cups pecan halves
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (8 ounces} Sour Cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- ICING:
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar

- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

A quick, comforting soup! Add cornbread or rolls and it's a great quick meal
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken (great use for rotisserie chicken)
- 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, undrained (can use frozen)
- 1 can (11 1/2 oz. V-8 juice
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro (or parsley if you are not a cilantro fan)
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, optional
German Potato Pancakes
