Lobster Mac and Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish or use individual gratin dishes( lightly greased)
- 8 oz pasta shapes(I use either cavatappi or tortiglioni)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp all- purpose flour
- 2 cups milk( I use 1% or 2%)
- 6 oz shredded fontina
- 4 oz white cheddar shredded or 4 oz velveeta shredded
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 ground pepper
- pinch nutmeg
- 1 tbs sherry
- 12 oz cooked lobster meat, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- Paprika for dusting top of casserole
Roasted Lemon Chicken

Preheat the oven to 450°
- 1/2 stick plus 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons thyme leaves
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Kosher salt
- Pepper
- One 3 1/2-pound whole chicken, patted dry

Salted Caramel Banana Bread

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray
- 2 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Mashed Sweet Potatoes

- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup

Chicken Noodle Soup

1.Melt butter in a large soup pot over medium heat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 8 oz baby carrots, chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 8 cups chicken stock or broth
- 3-4 cups cooked chicken,chopped or shredded
- 6-8 oz dry thin egg noodles ( we like lots of noodles in our Soup)

1.In bowl, stir mayonnaise, basil, shallots and basil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp shallots, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup well shaken buttermilk
- 1 tbsp honey

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar

Seafood Bouillabaisse

1. heat olive oil and vegetable oil in a dutch oven, add onions, garlic and green pepper till soft 2
- 2 lbs fish boned.
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1 lb clams and or mussels ( use any combination you want)
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic crushed
- 6 cups of fish Broth ( or use 3 Cups water, 1 cup chicken broth and 2 cups clam broth if you don't have fish broth)

- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1 bay leaf

Marsala Chicken with Sage and Cremini Mushrooms

1. Place flour in a shallow bowl;season with slat and pepper
