Mashed Sweet Potatoes

  • 6 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • Salt and Pepper to taste



Step 1

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 30 minutes
2. With an Electric Mixer on low , blend the potatoes, slowly add milk, about a 1/2 cup at a time. Use more or less to achieve desired texture. Add butter and maple syrup to taste. Blend until smooth.
3.Serve warm
