Chicken with Garlic and Spinach Sauce

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic (about 4-5 cloves)
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 6 ounces fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup milk( low fat or whole)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 pound Fettuccine or Egg Noodles
Chicken Cutlets with Creamy Dijon Mustard

1.If using regular chicken cutlets,place chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap;pound to 1/2 thickness
- 4 6oz skinless Boneless chicken cutlets( or use 2 packages thin sliced chicken cutlets)

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Proscuitto

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- 1 pound penne rigate
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 1/2 cups chickem stock
- 1 oz dried porcini mushrooms
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4-5 oz chopped proscuitto
- 8 oz baby bella, sliced
- 4 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large shallot, chopped fine
- 6 cloves garlic, chopper fine
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- freshly ground or table grind black pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup marsala wine
- 1/2 cup Grated parmigiano-reggiano for tossing

Lemon Yogurt Mini-Bundt Cakes with Limoncello Glaze

- 2 and 2/3 cups All-Purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened
- 1 and 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
