- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1 1/2 pounds flat iron steak
- Mushrooms
- 4 tbs unsalted butter
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1/4 cup or more to taste Balsamic vinegar
- 8 oz thickly sliced mushrooms ( white or baby portobello)

1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, 1 tbs sherry, garlic, 2 tsps cornstarch, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin(1 package)

Romaine and Corn Salad

1.Preheat the broiler. Spread the corn kernels on a large rimmed baking sheet
- 2 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels (from 3 to 4 large ears)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 Hass avocado, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch dice

1.Preheat oven to 350 2. Place brussel sprouts in saucepan with enough water to cover, add lemon juice
- 1 pound Brussel sprouts trimmed and cleaned. (If large, cut in half)

- 8 oz uncooked whole wheat pasta, penne
- ZUCCHINI
