- 1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED
- 3 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
- 1 1/4 MEDIUM GREEN SWEET PEPPER CHOPPED
- 2 STALKS CELERY CHOPPED
- 1/3 CUP WATER
- 3 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- 3 TBSP PREPARED MUSTARD
- 3 TBSP VINEGAR
