Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Trim excess fat from the rump roast, and place in a slow cooker
- 4 pounds rump roast
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
- 6 French rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter

COMBINE 1ST 3 INGREDIENT IN A BOWL AND SET ASIDE
- 1 8OZ REDUCED FAT SOUR CREAM
- 3 TBSP NO SALT ADDED TOMATO PASTE
- 1 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/8 TSP FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- 2 LBS BONELESS SIRLOIN STEAK, CUT INTO 2 INCH STRIPS
- 1 TBSP BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 1 14OZ CAN LESS SODIUM BEEF BROTH
- 2 CUPS SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 8 CUPS COOKED MEDIUM EGG NOODLES

- 1 PKG REGULAR SIZE OREO COOKIES
- 1 8 OZ PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 1 PACKAGE CHOC ALMOND BARK
- 1 PACKAGE WHITE ALMOND BARD
JALAPENO PEPPERS 2ND STEP

Place roast in a 5-qt. slow cooker
- 1 beef chuck roast (3 pounds), trimmed
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 to 4 whole peppercorns
- 8 French rolls, split
Pork Chops with apples & galic smashed potatoes

Put potatoes and garlic in saucepan, cover with cold water and season with salt
- 1 pd small fingerling potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- kosher salt
- 4 1/2 in thick boneless pork loin chops
- 2 tsp chopped fresh sage
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 TBPS extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cut into 1/2 in pieces
- 3/4 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
ABC Vegetable Soup Recipe

- 3 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) beef broth
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
