Thanksgiving Green Beans

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp, 5-7 minutes
- 1/4 pound bacon cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- couple dashes hot sauce, such as tabasco
- 1 1/2 pds green beans, trimmed and rinsed
- 1/3 cup jarred roasted red peppers, coarsely chopped
Mini Meatball Lasagna

- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 3/4 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Lasagna
- 16 traditional lasagna noodles
- 1 medium onion,
- diced 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 28 ounce can fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
- 1 28 ounce can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1 15 ounce container ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 8 ounce bag shredded mozzarella
- 8 ounces Fontina cheese, grated

- 1 CUP LAGER BEER
- 1 CAN (14.5 OZ) BEEF BROTH
- 1 TSP SUGAR
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1 BONELESS LEAN TOP ROUND STEAK
- 1/2 TSP MONTREAL STEAK SEASONING
- 6 SPLIT-TOP ROLLS OR HOAGIES
Ground Beef Fajitas

- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh lime peel
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 4 Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch; from 11-oz package), warmed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Guacamole, if desired
