  • 1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
  • 12 OZ SPICY ITALIAN SAUSAGE
  • 1 CUP PART SKIM RICOTTA
  • 1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED MOZZERALLA
  • 1/4 CUPS GRATED PARMESAN
  • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY
  • 2 CUPS MARIANARA SAUCE

Step 1

HEAT OVEN TO 400 COOK PASTA IN LARGE POT OF LIGHTLY SALTED WATER.

MEANWHILE, HEAT OIL IN LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD PEPPERS, ONIONS, SAUSAGE. COOK 6 MINUTES OR UNTIL SAUSAGE IS BROWNED, REMOVE FROM HEAT.

MIX RICOTTA, 1 CUP MOZZERELLA, 3 TBSP PARMESAN & PARSLEY IN BOWL, DRAIN PASTA, TOSS WITH CHEESE MIXTURE, SAUSAGE MIXTURE, AND 1 CUP MARIANARA SAUCE

POUR PAST MIXTURE INTO SHALLOW BAKING DISH, SPOON REMAINING MOZZERELLA & PARMESAN. BANK UNCOVEVRED 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLY.
