Slow Cooker Chipotle Pulled-Pork Sandwiches

Spray 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 boneless pork shoulder (3 lb), trimmed of fat
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 canned chipotle chiles, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from canned chipotle chiles
- 20 burger buns, split
- 5 medium avocados, pitted, peeled and thinly sliced
Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Gravy Recipe

Heat the oven to 500 degrees F
- Mushroom Gravy:
- 1 whole beef tenderloin roast (about 4 pounds), trimmed
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2-1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or water
- 12 ounces white mushrooms, cleaned and sliced thin
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary, or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Sprigs of fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Hearty Chicken Pot Pie

- condensed chicken broth
- 1 V3 cups water, divided
- 4 medium carrots, thinly

- 1 large onion, chopped

- 2 cans Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, & Oregano

- 1 cup water
- 8 oz uncooked rotini or other spiral pasta
- 8 mushrooms, sliced
- Grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley sprigs
