1 PREHEAT OVEN TO 375. COMBINE THE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS
- 2 TBSP CHILI POWDER
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 1 TBSP DRIED OREGANO
- 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 1 4 LB WHOLE CHICKEN

Red Potatoe Bites

Preheat the oven to 375 place potatoes in a saucepan, and add enough water to cover
- 1 1/2 pds small round red potatoes
- 4 slices of bacon/bacon bits
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 TBSP chopped chives
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Rubv Tuesday's Pasta Salad

In a large bowl combine salad ingredients
- Salad:
- 8 ounces macaroni, cooked and drained 8 ounces ham, 1/4" cubed, about 2 cups 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4" cubed
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, cooked and drained
- Dressing:
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing) 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan or Romano cheese
- 2 teaspoons dried tarragon 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

IN DUTCH OVEN, COOK THE BEEF OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL NO LONGER PINK; DRAIN STIR IN THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS
- 2 LBS GROUND BEEF
- 3 CUPS TOMATO JUICE
- 1 JAR (16 OZ) SALSA
- 1 CAN (16 OZ) KIDNEY BEANS, RINSED AND DRAINED
- 1 CAN (15-1/2 OZ) GREAT NORTHERN BEANS, RINSED AND DRAINED
- 1 CAN (16OZ) BLACK BEANS, RINSED AND DRAINED
- 1 CAN (8OZ) TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 CAN (6OZ) TOMATO PASTE
- 1 CAN (4OZ) CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES
