Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

1 Separate dough into 8 biscuits
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated original or buttermilk biscuits
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef, cooked or 16 frozen (thawed) cooked meatballs
- 1 block (8 oz) Cheddar cheese, cut into 16 cubes
- 16 slices bacon
- Long toothpicks or skewers
- Canola oil for frying

STIR TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE AND MAYO IN LARGE BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH
- 2 8OZ PACKAGES CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
- 1 CUP MAYO
- 1 (4OZ) CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES DRAINED
- 2 OZ CANNED DICED JALAPENO PEPPERS DRAINED
- 1 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

- 4 CUPS TORTILLA CHIPS
- 1 MEDIUM TOMATO CHOPPED
- 1 JALAPENO PEPPER SEEDED AND SLICED
BARBECUED MEATBALLS

MIX BEEF, 2 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, MILK, AND SOUP MIX
- SAUCE:
- 1-2 LB GROUND BEEF
- 2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 2/3 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
- 1 ENVELOPE ONION SOUP MIX
- 2 CUP KETCHUP
- 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR PACKED
- 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

- 1 cup chicken broth
- ground pepper
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 cups pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing

Preheat grill to medium. In bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, garlic, paprika and salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds boneless beef short ribs
Red Curry-Marinated Skirt Steak Fajitas

In food processor, puree curry paste, 1/4 cup oil, and 2 tablespoons lime juice until smooth
- 2 Tbsp. red curry paste VA C. plus 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 5 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (from about 3 limes)
- 2 lbs. beef skirt steak, cut crosswise in thirds
- 1 \4 c. clover honey Kosher salt and pepper
- 2 Vidalia or other sweet onions (1 lb. each), cut into Vi-in.-thick slices
- 1 Tbsp. steak rub seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce 16 (6-in.) flour tortillas
- Pickled Roasted Peppers {at right)

- OR 1 cup Crisco® Baking Sticks All-Vegetable Shortening
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup McCormick Golden Dip Tempura Batter Mix
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 extra large white onion sliced
