Shepherd's Pot Roast Pies

- 1 (14.1-oz.) package refrigerated piecrusts
- 2 cups Parmesan Potatoes
- 2 cups chopped Zesty Pot Roast
- 1/2 cup sliced Roasted Carrots
- 1 cup frozen English peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup tomato mixture reserved from Zesty Pot Roast
- 1 large egg
Colorful Vegetable Medley

Place 1 in. of water in a saucepan; add carrots
- 1/2 lb carrots, sliced
- 1/2 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tbs butter
- 1-2 tbs red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1-2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 tbs minced fresh parsley
Skillet Chicken and Vegetables

Sprinkle chicken on all sides with paprika, salt and pepper
- 4 chicken thighs with skin and bone
- 1 tbs paprika
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 3/4 lb small red-skinned potatoes, halved
- 8 boiling onions, peeled
- 2 large carrots, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tbs all purpose flour
- 1 cup canned low-salt chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Chopped fresh parsley
Cherry Coffee Cake

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups dry cake mix, flour, yeast and water until smooth
- Glaze:
- 1 pkg (18 1/4 oz) yellow cake mix, divided
- 1 up flour
- 1 pkg yeast
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1/3 cup cold butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tbs corn syrup
- 1-2 tbs water
Pepperoni Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a casserole dish
- 1 (16 oz) pkg uncooked rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1 (16 oz) jar pasta sauce
- 2 (12 oz) containers cottage cheese
- 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives
- 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 (3 oz) pkgs sliced pepperoni

- 2 tbs water, divided
- 1/2 tsp plus 1/8 tsp baking soda, divided
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp plus 1/8 tsp salt, divided
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped finely
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch

- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
- 1 1/4 cups cold butter, divided
- 5 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs water

- 1 pkg (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups (10 oz.) 2% cottage cheese
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and patted dry
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) manicotti shells
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
