- 1-1/4 1-1/4 1-1/4 cups plain yogurt

Herb-Roasted Chicken

- 6 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup poultry seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped

- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

- 5 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 1 (15 oz can) pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt

Zesty Pot Roast

- 2 (3-lb.) boneless chuck roasts
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 (15-oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and crushed
Pumpkin Apple Muffins

- 2/3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 3 tbsp Vegetable or Canola Oil
- 1/2 Cup Agave or Honey
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Medium Apple, peeled and grated (Gala, Pink Lady, Fuji or Golden Delicious are good choices)

- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp dried herb (such as basil, oregano or Italian seasoning) crushed or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or dried thyme crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbs butter
- 3/4 cup cut up vegetables (such as chopped sweet pepper, chopped onion, chopped carrot, sliced mushrooms, chopped zucchini or yellow summer squash, chopped potato, corn, cut green beans, broccoli florets and or chopped, seeded tomato
- 3/4 cup chopped cooked meat (such as ham, chicken, beef, pork or turkey) or crumbled crisp-cooked bacon
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar, Swiss, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, mozzarella, or Havarti)
