Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 -4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips or 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Creamy Cranberry Salad Recipe

In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients until blended
- 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (thawed), chopped
- 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 medium apple, chopped

- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Slow-Cooked Reuben Brats Recipe

In a large skillet, brown bratwurst in batches; drain
- 10 uncooked bratwurst links
- 3 cans (12 ounces each) light beer or nonalcoholic beer
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

- 1 tsp dried oregano, crushed

- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

- 1 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (from 4 bananas)

Pesto, Olive and Roasted Red Pepper Goat Cheese Torta
