- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 3 T flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 1/2 pcup water
- 3 egg yolks lightly beaten
- 3 \4 cup flaked coconut
- 2 T butter
- 1 T grated orange peel
- 2 T lemon juice
- Pie shell
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 T vanilla
- 1/2 T cream of tartar
- 6 T sugar
Chocolate Tart Pastry

1. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and salf until smooth
- 6 T butter
- 1/2 C sugar
- 3/4 t vanilla
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/4 C + 2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 C flour
Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

- Crepes:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 lemon, zested
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
- Blueberry Filling:
- 2/3 cup blueberry jam or preserves
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Custard Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

- 3/4 cup milk

- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 1/2 T flour
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 1/4 t nutmeg

- Ingredients
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces (recommended: Ghirardelli)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate-covered espresso beans
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (recommended: Nestle Toll House)
