1. Add Grits to boiling water and stir constantly for 5 minutes
- 4 Cups Boiling water + Salt to taste
- 2 Cups Quick grits
- 1 Stick Butter
- 2 C Heavy whipping cream
Sausage and Corn Bread Stuffing

- 1/2 c Butter
- 3/4 c Onion
- 1/2 c Celery
- 1 c Chicken Broth, warm
- 5 c White Bread, cubed

- 1/2 lb Link Sausage
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/8 t Pepper
- 1 t Sage

- 2 Eggs, beaten
