Tuscan Dip

- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1 clove garlic-minced (or garlic powder)
- optional-chopped artichoke hearts, dash of Italian seasoning
Lemon Bread

- 1 small box instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 C. water
- 1/2 ½ C. oil

Almond Bark Clusters

- 3 C. rice Krispies
- 2 lbs. almond bark
- 1 C. peanut butter
- 2 C. marshmallows
- 2 C. dry roasted peanuts
Corn Dip-Torey

Mix all together and refrigerate
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. mayo
- 2 cans mexicorn
- 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3-6 chopped japalenos
- 2 tsp. cumin
Chicken Enchilada Dip

One of my all time favorite dips!
- 1 pound grilled and shredded chicken (I seasoned mine with Tone's Southwest Chipotle seasoning)
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 package (8 ounce) Mexican blend cheese, shredded
- 1 can (4 ounce) diced green chili peppers
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced (use more if you like more heat)
- Additional chipotle seasoning, optional
Poppyseed Bread/Muffins

Mix all ingredients together until well blended
- 3 C. Flour
- 1 1/8 C. salad oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. almond extract
- 2 T. poppy seed
- 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. flour
- 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 2 ½ C. sugar
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. milk
Chicken Spread

Combine the first six ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 ½ C. sour cream
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1/2 ½ tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 cans (10 oz. each) white chicken, drained paprika
- green onion
- -garlic for flavor
Lemon Oat Squares

In a small bowl: 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk ½ C
- Large bowl combine:
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. flour
- 1 C. oats
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 ½ tsp. salt
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- Cut in 2/3 C. cold butter until crumbly. Press 3 C. in greased 9 inch square pan. Set aside remaining oats. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

- 1 can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)

- VINEGAR CUCUMBERS:
- 1/2 ½ tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 ½ C mayo
- 1/2 ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 8 oz. sour cream
- cucumbers –APPROX. 2
- onion
- 2 T SUGAR FOR EVERY ¼ c. VINEGAR
