- 1 pkg. 6 oz. long grain rice (Uncle Ben’s 20 minute type)
- 4 C. milk
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 8 oz. Velveeta
- 1/2 ½ lb. cooked bacon
Bacon Cheeseburger Rice

Add water, BBQ sauce, mustard, onion and pepper to beef
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked
- 1 3/4 1 ¾ C. water
- 2/3 C. BBQ sauce
- 1 T. mustard
- 2 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1/2 ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 C. uncooked instant rice
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 C. chopped dill pickle
- 5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Toffee Oatmeal Cookies

- 3/4 C. butter
- 2 1/4 C. flour
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 3/4 C. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 C. oats
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 package toffee pieces
Asparagus Beef Roll-Ups

In a large skillet, bring water to boil
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. water
- 36 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 8 oz. spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
- 3 to 5 T. prepared horseradish
- 2 pkgs (5 oz. each) thinly sliced roast beef
BBQ Meatballs

Mix all ingredients, shape into golf ball sized meatballs
- Sauce:
- 3 lbs. hamburger
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 C. quick oats
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 T. chili powder
- 2 C. ketchup
- 2 C. brown sugar
- 1 T. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
Bugle Mix

- 1 box Bugles
- 1 box Hooplas or Ritz Chips
- 1 box Ritz Bits with Cheese
- 1 pkg pretzel Goldfish
- 2 pkgs Goldfish
- 1 can mixed nuts
- 1 bottle Orville Reddenbacher butter flavored oil
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
White Chili

Cover and cook 7-8 hours or until chicken juices run clear and flavors are blended
- Sautee in skillet and then transfer to slow cooker:
- 3/4 ¾ C. chicken, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- Stir in:
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. water
- 1 can (15 oz) white kidney beans or cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo bean, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained or 1 ¼ C. frozen shoepeg corn
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
- 1 to 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
Danish Apple Bars

- Mix items below and pat half of dough into 9x13. Take remainder of dough and roll out for top crust.
- 2 1/2 2 ½ C. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 C. Crisco
- 2/3 C. milk
- Peel and slice 6 cups apples. Add ~1 C. sugar and ½ to ¾ tsp. cinnamon. Stir and put on top of crust. Place rolled out crust on top. Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.

- 1 C Monteray Jack cheese- shredded
- 1 C Cheddar cheese- shredded
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3/4 C Miracle Whip
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 8-10 green onions- chopped
Crock Pot Italian Chicken

In saucepan, melt butter, add dressing mix, stir to combine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (0.7oz) Italian Salas Dressing packet
- 2 cans Golden Mushroom soup
- 1 (8oz) Cream cheese with Chives and Onion
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 6 chicken breasts
- cooked Angel hair pasta
