- 1 stick softened margarine
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. mint oil
- 2 lbs. sifted powder sugar
- paste coloring
- 2 C. powder sugar
Torey's Rhubarb Cake

Add: 4 C. rhubarb, mixed w/ 1 ½ -2 C
- 1 yellow cake mix w/pudding
- Mix according to package, but use 1 C. water.
- Pour in greased 9x13.
Bev's Caramel Rolls

- 20 frozen bread balls
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. butterscotch pudding (cook type)

Golden Diced Potatoes

Combine first 5 ingredients in Ziplock
- 3/4 ¾ C. flour
- 1 tsp. Lawry’s
- 1/2 ½ tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1/2 ½ C. butter.
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces.
Hashbrown Casserole-Elizabeth's

- 2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
- 1/2 C. melted butter
- 12 oz. French onion dip
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 C. cheddar cheese
- salt, pepper
- Top: crunched chips and 1/4 C. melted butter.
Oatmeal Cookies by Crisco

Grease baking sheet. Place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies
- 3/4 ¾ C. butter flavored Crisco
- 1 1/4 1 ¼ C. light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. vanilla
- 3 C. quick oats
- 1 C. flour
- 1/2 ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 ½ tsp. salt
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 C. raisins
- 1 C. chopped nuts, opt.
Pudding Dessert

- Crust:
- 1 c flour 1/2 c butter, soft
- 1/2-1 c chopped pecans (opt.)
- Combine and press into 9x13. Bake 20 min. at 350. Cool.
- Blend and spread on crust:
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Fold in 1 C. Cool Whip. Chill.
Monkey Bread

Cool 5 minutes and flip over onto a large plate/platter
- Sauce:
- 3 tubes refrigerator biscuits (regular size, not Grands)
- 1/2 ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 C. sugar
- Cut biscuits into quarters. Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place in a greased bundt pan.
- 1 1/2 1 ½ sticks margarine
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 C. brown sugar
- Boil 1-2 minutes. Pour over biscuits and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
Tator Tot Bake-Norma

- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 4 oz. sour cream.
- little bit milk, otherwise becomes a little dry
Apple Bread I

Chop apples into 1 inch chunks
- Topping:
- 4 C. apples, chopped (McIntosh)
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 C. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. pure almond extract
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 C. all-purpose flour
- 2 C. sugar
- 3/4 ¾ C. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 ¼ C. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp. butter, room temperature
