Chocolate Oatmeal Heath Bars

Cream butter and brown sugar
- 2/3 C. margarine, softened
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1/3 C. corn syrup
- 1-2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 C. quick oats
- 1 pkg (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips
- 2/3 C. chunky peanut butter
- 4 Heath bars, crushed
Chicken Dip (Kappa)

Mix together and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
- 1 can Hormel chicken
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 C. cheddar cheese
- diced japaleno peppers
- diced artichoke hearts (optional)
Cake Batter Rice Krispie Treats

- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 oz.) bag of mini-marshmallows
- 1/3 to 1/2 C. yellow cake mix (dry cake mix, not prepared into a batter!)
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 (1.75 oz.) container of sprinkles (opt.)
Almond-Sugar Cookies

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups margarine
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup white sugar for decoration
Crab Ragoon Cups

- 1 6 oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 ¼ C. sliced green onions
- 1/4 ¼ C. light mayo
- 12 wonton wrappers
- minced garlic
White Chicken Chili-Megan's

- 1 T. oil
- 1 C. chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, bite sized pieces
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans ready to serve chicken broth
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 (4.5 oz) cans chopped green chilies, drained
- 4 (15.5 oz) cans great norther beans
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- Dash ground red pepper-cayenne
- 2 C. shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- chopped fresh cilantro
Spicy Ranch Chicken Dip

Add the oil to your oven-safe skillet and preheat it on stove-top, on medium heat
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 chicken tenders
- 1/2 packet of Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Seasoning
- 10 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Remaining 1/2 packet of Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Italian mix shredded cheese
- More shredded cheese for topping
Peppermint Bark Puppy Chow

- 6-7 C. Rice Chex cereal
- 2 C. Ghiradelli White Melts (Or Almond Bark)*
- 1 3/4 C. crushed candy canes, about 15 or so
- Use something that is meant to be melted and used for candy, most white chocolate chips don't melt down thin enough.

- For the Salad:
- 3 pound new potatoes, quartered, cooked until tender and cooled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Creole or whole grain mustard
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Hot Sauce
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 pound cooked crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions, green part only

- 2 c shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2- 14oz cans cream corn
- 1- 4 1/2 oz can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- cayenne pepper, if desired
- 2 tbs chopped cilantro
