- 1 C. cheddar cheese
- green onion
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 ½ C. sour cream, maybe more
- 1/4 ¼ C. milk, maybe more
Sweet Potato Casserole (Carrie's)

- TOPPING:
- 5 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. white sugar
- 1 stick melted butter (not margarine)
- 1/3 c. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1 C. flour
- 1 C. pecan pieces
- 2/3 stick butter (not melted)
Brownie Pudding Dessert

- 2 C. powdered sugar
- 16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 C. milk
- 1 pkg. 3.9 oz. instant Chocolate pudding

In a bowl combine cake mix, egg, water and oil
- 1 pkg. Devils food cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 ¼ C. water
- 3 T. vegetable oil
- 38 Rolo candies
Chocoloate Chip Toffee Bars

Grease 9x13. Combine flour and brown sugar in bowl
- 2 1/3 C. flour
- 1 C. chopped nuts
- 2/3 C. brown sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened cond. Milk
- 3/4 ¾ C. butter
- 10 oz pkg English toffee bits
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
Seasoned Green Beans

Steam green beans until tender crisp
- 3 1/2 C. fresh or frozen green beans (about 1 lb.)
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. Lawry’s salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
Peach and Pepper Cheeseball

- 3-4 heaping TBSP. jalapenos, chopped from a jar
- 9 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 jar peach preserves
- 3-4 tsp. crushed red peppers
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
