- 3 c baking mix (Bisquick)
- 1 c white sugar
- 2-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 c yellow cornmeal
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 c milk
- 1 c butter, melted
- 2 c frozen corn kernals, thawed (optional)
Nana's Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350. Spray bread pan with Pam
- 5 T. butter
- 1/2 ½ C. sugar
- 1/2 ½ C. brown sugar
- 1 lg. egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. mashed bananas
- 1 3/4 1 ¾ C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 ½ tsp. salt
- 1/4 ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1/2 C. heavy whipping cream
Fruit Salad

- 1 can maraschino cherries
- 1 large cook vanilla pudding

Western Meatballs

Slowly heat grape jelly with chili sauce
- approximately 1/8 tsp of each:
- 1 (10 oz) jar Welch’s Grape jelly or jam
- 1 (12 oz) bottle Heinz chili sauce
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 egg
- onion salt, celery salt, garlic salt, salt, pepper
Pasta Salad

- 21 oz. medium pasta shells
- green pepper
- onion
- carrots
- 2 C. mayo
- 1 C. vinegar
- 1/2 ½ C. sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Jambalaya-Jo's

In crock pot, combine chicken, sausage, tomatoes with juice, onion, green pepper, celery and broth
- 1 lb. chicken, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 lb. andouille sausage, sliced
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1 C. chicken broth
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp. cajun seasoning
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 lb. frozen cooked shrimp w/o tails
Nacho Dip

In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 lb. Velveeta
- 14 ½ oz. can stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 2 cans (4 oz each) green chiles
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

- 3/4 ¾ cup margarine, melted (1 ½ sticks) NEVER use butter!
- 1 1/2 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1/2 ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 1 ½ cups flour

- 2 tablespoons slivered or sliced almonds

- 1 lb. ground sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 8 slices wheat bread, cubed
- 2 small jars mushrooms, pieces & stems
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 jar Old English cheese spread
- 10 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
