Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees or in a crock pot

  • 1 lb. stew meat, cubed
  • 1 C. cubed potatoes
  • 1 C. sliced carrots
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 C. celery or green pepper-optional
  • 2 T. tapioca
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1-2 T. beef bullion granules
  • 2 C. tomato juice or 1 C. juice + 1 C. water

  • 1 bottle and 2 bags of Zatarain’s but only use the bottle if you want it spicier.
  • 4-6 garlic cloves
  • Shrimp – Sam’s club-I used jumbo and got 20-30 a bag
  • 20-30 red small potatoes
  • Smoked Sausage – cut into 2-inch pieces
  • Onion (I don’t use)
  • Corn – 8 pack from Sam’s and cut each one in half
  • Whipped butter
  • Bread of your choice

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 small cans shrimp, drained

  • 1 pkg Taco seasonings
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/3 C. sliced green onion
  • black olives

Pour remaining 2 ¾ C. milk into bowl

  • 1 1/2 1 ½ c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 ½ C. sugar, divided
  • 6 T. butter, melted
  • 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 C. cold milk
  • 2 pkg (3.4 oz each) lemon instant pudding
  • 8 oz. tub Strawberry Cool Whip, thawed
  • Mix graham crackers, ¼ C. sugar and butter. Press firmly into a 9x13. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat cream cheese, remaining ¼ C. sugar and ¼ C. milk until blended. Spread over crust.
