Cinnamon Roll Ups

- 3 loaves Pepperidge Farm white bread
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (light is ok)
- 1/2 ½ C. sugar
- sugar + cinnamon
- 2 sticks butter, melted
Lemon 7-Up Cake

Delicious, moist lemon cake
- Cake Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 C. oil (canola, vegetable, etc.)
- 1 1/2 C. 7-UP or similar citrus soda
- ICING/FROSTING:
- 2 C. powdered sugar
- 2 T. lemon juice (I used fresh lemon juice, but reciped says bottled type is
- fine)
- 1-2 T. milk
- zest from real lemon (if using real lemon juice)
Honey Sesame Chicken

crock pot recipe family favorite
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
- salt and pepper
- 1 C. honey
- 1/2 C. soy sauce (or a little less)
- 1/2 C. diced onion
- 1/4 C. ketcheup
- 2 T. canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (opt. adds flavor, but no heat)
- 4 tsp. cornstarch dissolved in 6 T. water
- sesame seeds
Apple Pie with Caramel Crunch Topping

- Mix together and place in a regular pie shell (not deep dish):
- 5 1/2 5 ½ C. peeled, sliced and cut apples
- 3 T. flour
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 C. sugar
- Cut the butter into the dry ingredients and then place on top of apples:
- 1/2 ½ C. oats
- 1/2 ½ C. flour
- 1/2 ½ C. brown sugar
- 1/2 ½ C. butter
Zuchinni Bread

- Combine:
- 3 eggs
- 2 C. sugar
- 1 C. oil
- Add:
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 C. grated zucchini
- Pour these ingredients over:
- 3 C. flour 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Mix well and add 1 C. chopped nuts and 1 C. angel flake coconut.
Seafood Chowder-Jo's

- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 lb. scallops, well rinsed
- 1 c. white wine
- 1/2 C. water
- 1 C. butter
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1 C. flour
- 2 C. chopped celery
- 2 C. sliced carrots
- 4 tsp. chicken base or bouillon
- 2 1/2 C. water
- 4 C. half and half
- 1/2 Cavender's Greek seasoning (by seafood/meat counter at Hy-Vee)
- salt and pepper to taste

- 2 (12 oz.) bags tiny twists pretzels
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 c. salad oil
Mandy's Big Mess

- 1 Pound of Eckrich smoked sausage, sliced (or your favorite brand)
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 purple onion, chopped
- 1 Can of pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 Jar of sweet and sour sauce (or another kind you like)
- 1 Tablespoon of Tabasco sauce (may add more, to taste)
- Fresh jalapeño
Chili Sauce Chicken

- 1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
- 1/3 C. white wine or chicken broth
- 1/4 ¼ C. olive or veg. oil
- 10-12 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 1/2 4 ½ tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 ½ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 8 chicken pieces
