  • Cake Ingredients:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 C. oil (canola, vegetable, etc.)
  • 1 1/2 C. 7-UP or similar citrus soda
  • ICING/FROSTING:
  • 2 C. powdered sugar
  • 2 T. lemon juice (I used fresh lemon juice, but reciped says bottled type is
  • fine)
  • 1-2 T. milk
  • zest from real lemon (if using real lemon juice)

  • 1 C. honey
  • 1/2 C. soy sauce (or a little less)
  • 1/2 C. diced onion

  • 2 T. canola oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (opt. adds flavor, but no heat)

  • Mix together and place in a regular pie shell (not deep dish):
  • 5 1/2 5 ½ C. peeled, sliced and cut apples
  • 3 T. flour
  • 1 T. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. sugar
  • Cut the butter into the dry ingredients and then place on top of apples:
  • 1/2 ½ C. oats
  • 1/2 ½ C. flour
  • 1/2 ½ C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 ½ C. butter

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 1 C. oil
  • Add:
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 C. grated zucchini
  • Pour these ingredients over:
  • 3 C. flour 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Mix well and add 1 C. chopped nuts and 1 C. angel flake coconut.
