HEAT oven to 375ºF. MIX soup and 1/2 cup sour cream in 8-inch square baking dish
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose baking mix
- 3 Tbsp. milk
TACO PIE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 package Taco Bell seasoning mix
- 2 1/2 cups mashed potato flakes (you could also use left over mashed potatoes and omit the butter and milk)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Sour cream, optional
APPLE PIE BAKED IN APPLE

1) Preheat oven to 375F. 2) Cut off the top of 4 apples off and discard
- 5-6 Granny Smith apples (make sure they can stand on their own)
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- pie crust (homemade or pre-made)
Crab Meat Chowder

In kettle, saute celery, onions and green pepper in butter
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh crab meat
Crescent Roll Bake

Layer the above in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan in the order that they appear
- 1 pkg crescent rolls in tube
- 1 lb cooked and drained bulk sausage
- 1 box/bag shredded hash browns
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Add remaining ingredients and mix well -- use your hands to get it together the best
- For the coating:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons of half and half
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups of chocolate chips (melted)
- 1 tablespoon shortening

- 1 3/4 lb. fingerling potatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup (packed) chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup (packed) chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds, chopped walnuts, or pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Dijon Parmesan Breaded Chicken in Spicy Tomato Dipping Sauce

Heat up a frying pan (medium heat) using the olive oil to thoroughly coat the bottom
- 1 package of boneless, skinless chicken strips (thawed)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cups Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tapatio Sauce or Tabasco Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- A dash of cayenne pepper
- A dash of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 16 oz. roll sausage

- 16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
