- 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend
- 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl
- 1 cup salted butter (melted)
- 2 cups keebler graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
Pork Tenderloin Panini

Preheat a panini maker to medium-high according to the manufacturer’s instructions
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread, about 1 lb., halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into 4 slices, each 3 1/2 inches wide
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup ’wichcraft sweet caper mustard
- 8 oz. Gruyère cheese, shredded
- 1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin, roasted, cooled to room temperature and cut into slices 1/4 inch thick
- 1 oz. baby arugula
Queso Blanco

Put all ingredients in a double boiler and heat on medium
- 1 cup cheese (Monterey Jack, Asadero or Chihuahua) shredded fine
- 4 ounces green chiles
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped fine
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 serrano pepper, chopped fine (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped fine (optional)
Sausage & Cheese Bread Roll

Roll out bread spread melted butter, cooked sausage, onions and cheese
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed,
- 1 pound of cooked breakfast sausage (can use the pre-cooked sausage crumbles to save time),
- 8 to 10 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- This was the recipe I found for this. I would leave out the eggs and add
- Melted butter
- White onions (sautéed)
Farmer Casserole

Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish
- 6 c. frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 1/2 c.shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 8 large beaten eggs
- Two 12-ounce c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 t. salt

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled, and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus extra for seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus extra for seasoning
- 1 (15-ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/3 cup clam juice
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Remove dough from refrigerator and let stand one hour (do not remove from bag until stand time completed)
- 1 lb Bakery pizza dough
- 1 small green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 small sweet onion, coarsely chopped
- 3 links mild Italian sausage (about 1 lb)

- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
