Singapore Fried Noodles

1. Pour oil into a wok to fill by one-third
- Oil for deep-frying and stir-frying
- 160 g/5 1/2 oz. peeled raw prawns
- 160 g/5 1/2 raw squid, cut into 1 cm/1/2 inch ribbons
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
- 2 onions, peeled and sliced
- 4 medium eggs
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
- 480 g/1 lb. Singapore vermicelli noodles
- 240 g/8 oz. bean sprouts
- Salt and sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mild curry powder
- Coriander leaves and toasted sesame seeds, to garnish

- 4 tablespoons grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- Poppy seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Onion flakes
- Kosher salt
Strawberry Sorbet

Bring the sugar and 2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 4 pints strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
Tex Mex Omelette

Combine 1/2 avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, hot sauce and toss together
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 2 Tbsp chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 inced garlic clove
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- dash of hot sauce
- 2 eggs, whisked
Lava Cake

pour into small ramekins and bake at 425 for 13-15 minutes
- 4 oz chocolate (bar)
- 1 stick butter
- microwave one minute and stir until melted
- add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar; mix well
- add 2 eggs and 3 egg yolks
- stir well and add 1/2 cup flour

- 1 avocado
- 3 hard boiled egg yolks
- 1 tsp cilantro
- 3 tsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp red onion
- salt and pepper

"Flattened" Grilled Chicken

Remove and discard giblets and neck from chicken
- 1 whole chicken
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and quartered
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp hebes de provence
- 1 tsp ground pepper

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
