Combine all ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger meat, browned with onion
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 package taco mix
- 1 package ranch original mix

Beef Bourguignon - Crock Pot

Slowly cook bacon in large baking pan; remove

- 1 bottle red wine

- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup arrowroot
- 1 tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil and sea salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken cut into 1 1/2 inch strips
- 1/4 cup avocado or EVOO

- Brown all in oven in 9x13 pan. Drain excess fat. Place slices of cheese over the meat.

- 3 Tbs. firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dark rum
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans
- 1 1/4 cups ebelskiver pancake mix
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted, plus more for cooking
- 1 cup toffee sauce
- Whipped cream for serving
