- 1 ( 3/12 to 4 lbs.) chicken
- 1 sm. bottle catsup
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar

- 3 cups mini pretzels
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1 cup salted dry roasted peanuts
- 2 cups Rice Chex
- 2 cups holiday colored M&M’s
- 8 ounces white chocolate for melting
Mexican Sweet & Sour Chicken

Wash chicken breasts and pat dry
- 6 whole chicken breasts, boned
- 1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1 bottle (8 oz.) Russian salad dressing
- 1 jar (10 oz.) apricot preserves
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 pkg. (1 3/8 oz.-each) Mexican rice seasoning mix
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 3 cups cold water
Bacon Cream Cheese Deviled Eggs

1. Prepare eggs. Cool and peel

- You can adjust the ingredients to your own taste.
- 1 Dozen Hard Boiled Eggs
- 4 slices of bacon (cooked & crumbled)
- 4 oz Softened Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 TBS Yellow Prepared Mustard
- Paprika
- 1/2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
- Cayenne Pepper To Taste
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Pasta Fagioli Soup

Brown the beef and drain the fat
- 2 lbs. of ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomato's, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (16 ounce) can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 (10 ounce) cans of beef stock
- 3 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 5 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1 (20 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces of pasta

Cranberry Brie Bites

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 ⁄2 lb brie cheese, cut into 18 pieces
- 1 ⁄2 cup prepared cranberry sauce
- 18 fresh small fresh thyme sprigs

- 1 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
