Smoked Paprika Pork Roast wiht Sticky Stout BBQ Sauce

Stir together the first 5 in ingredients and 2 tsp thyme
- BBQ sauce:
- 2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 4 tsp. chopped fresh thyme, divided
- 1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb) bonelss pork loin roast
- string
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 11.2 oz bottle stout beer
- 1 cup spicy bbq sauce (like sweet baby ray;s)
- 1/4 cup fig preserves
- 1 Tbsp apple cider
Deviled Eggs-Bacon and Jalapeno

- 6 lg hard boiled eggs
- 1 jalapeno seeded and minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 slices bacon
- 3 Tbsp avocado oil mayo
- 1/2 tsp dijon
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp each sea salt and pepper
Butter Pecan Snowball Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees In stand mixer cream butter and powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped pecan
- 1 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Apple Dumpling

Cut apples into 8 sliceseach
- 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
- 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Mountain Dew ™
Arugula Salad with Bacon and Pecans

DRESSING: Add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl and whisk until combined
- TOMATOE RANCH DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon concentrated tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ARUGULA SALAD:
- 5 ounces baby arugula, well washed
- 4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 seedless cucumber, diced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
Taco Soup

Combine all ingredients. Cook 20-30 in pot
- 2 lbs. ground meat, browned and drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can pinto beans ( w/jalepenos)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can chopped green chili's (small)
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes or 1 can Rotel
- 1 package dry taco mix
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 2 1/4 cups water
Paula Deen's Hot and Spicy Pimento Cheese Dip

- 1 small vidalia onion
- 1 pkg. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 jar 4 oz diced pimentos, undrained
- 1 TBSP hot pepper sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- Crackers
Mississippi Mud Brownies

Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
- 1 cup of melted butter (or 1 stick of butter and 1 stick of margarine)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 4 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 (10.5-ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
- Whisk together melted butter and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir in flour and chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
- Chocolate Frosting
- 1 (16 oz) package powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth.
Turkey Wild Rice Soup

In large saucepan, combine broth and water
- 3 (10 oz.) cans condensed chicken broth and 2 cups water or 5 cups water
- 1/2 cup wild rice
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cup cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
- 8 slices bacon, crispy cooked, crumbled or 3 oz. jar real bacon bits
- Or 5 cups water and 3 to 4 bouillon cubes.
