DOG BISCUITS

Mix ingredients with about 1/2 C water
- 2 1/2 C whole wheat flour
- 1/2 C non-fat dry milk-powdered
- 1 t each sugar and salt
- 6 T of butter
- 1 egg
APPLE PIE

1. Line a 9" deep dish or a 10" diameter pie plate with pastry
- 5 to 6 C baking apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced (approximately 6 to 7 apples)
- 3/4 to 1 C sugar
- 2 T flour
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 to 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t ground nutmeg
- 2 T butter, firm and cut in to small pieces
- 1 recipe (double crust) pie crust dough
SOPAPILLAS

Stir together dry ingredients
- 1 T baking powder
- 2 C flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T shortening
- 2/3 C warm water
- Fat for frying
- sugar and cinnamon
PASTA WITH SAUSAGE, PEPPERS, ETC.

Cut sausage into one inch pieces and fry in a separate pan
- 1 lb Italian sweet sausage
- 1 green or red pepper
- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 1 12 oz can chicken broth
- parmesan cheese
- 1 C broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- 2 fresh tomatoes (chopped)
- salt, pepper
- 1 t basil
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1 t garlic powder or 2 large cloves
MEAT RAVIOLI FILLING

You can fill large shells (from a box) with this mixture
- 1/2 lb ground beef and 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 12 oz package frozen chopped spinach (drain well)
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 C bread crumbs
- 1/2 C parmesan cheese
- 1 t parsley
- 1 t garlic powder
EGGNOG SPICE BUNDT CAKE

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (18 1/4 oz) box spice cake mix
- 1 (4 oz) box instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 C nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 C canola oil
- 1 C light eggnog
- 1 egg
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/3 C toasted chopped pecans
- Powdered sugar
MEXICAN EGGROLLS

Brown beef, drain off fat, then add taco seasoning and water
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package dry taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 C water
- 1 package egg-roll wrappers (large size)
- 2 C refried beans (or 12 oz can)
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- Hot vegetable oil
- Hot sauce or salsa
SANGRIA

Pour wine in pitcher. Add sliced fruit wedges
- bottle of red wine
- lemons cut in wedges
- limes cut in wedges
- oranges cut in wedges
- 2 T sugar
- splash of orange juice
- 2 shots of triple sec
- 1 C raspberries or strawberries, fresh or frozen
- small can diced pineapples with juice
- 4 C ginger ale
PEACH DAIQUIRIS

Combine all ingredients in container of a blender; process until smooth
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen peaches
- 1 (6oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1 C water
- 3/4 C rum
CHICKEN DIVAN

Cook chicken and broccoli
- 2 packages boneless chicken breasts
- 2 10 oz package broccoli spears
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/2 C almonds
- 1/2 C butter breadcrumbs
- 1/2 grated cheddar cheese
