MACARONI-TUNA SALAD

Boil macaroni, drain and rinse
- 1 C shell macaroni
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 C tuna
- 3-4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 C cubed velveeta cheese
- 3/4 C mayonnaise
- milk
CAESAR DRESSING
By gailg
Mix together and chill
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 2 pressed garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 t sugar
- 1/4 t coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 C (1 oz) fresh grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 C vegetable oil
SWEET AND SPICY PECANS

Preheat oven to 300 degrees and spray a nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 1/2 t each salt and chili powder
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- pinch of cayenne
- 1 egg white
- 2 C pecan halves
POPOVERS

Mix and sift flour and salt
- 1 C flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 T melted shortening
- 1 C milk
CHOCOLATE BONBON POPS

1. In large food processor bowl combine cookies and 3/4 C of the nuts; pulse until cookies are crushed
- 18 oreos
- 1 1/2 C pecans, toasted
- 2 T orange liqueur or orange juice
- 1 T light corn syrup
- 2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
- 20 lollipop sticks
- 1 12oz package milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 T shortening
PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Crust: 1 box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Cake Mix
- 1/2 C butter, melted
- Filling:3- 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- (14 oz)
- 1 can (16 oz) plain pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 T pumpkin pie spice
- Topping:1 package (2 1/2 oz) sliced almonds
- 2 C whipping cream
- 1/4 C sugar
CARMELITAS

- 1 C flour
- 1 C quick cooking rolled oats
- 3/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 t soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 3/4 C melted butter
- 1 C (6oz) package chocolate chips
- 3/4 C caramel ice cream topping
- 3 T flour
LEMON BARS

Mix together shortening, flour and powdered sugar
- 1 C shortening
- 2 C flour
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- grated rind and juice of 3 lemons
- 6 eggs
- 3 C sugar
- 6 T flour

MEAT MARINADE

- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 3 T honey
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1 1/2 t ginger
- 3/4 C vegetable oil
FRENCH ONION SOUP

In covered large saucepan, cook onions in butter over low heat about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
- 3 C sliced onion (3 medium)
- 2 T butter
- 4 C beef consomme
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 2 thin slices french bread toasted
