Dissolve sugar in hot coffee
- 3 C strong flavored coffee (regular or decaf)
- 2 C sugar
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 quart milk
- 2 t vanilla
PEACH BILLINI

Mix Schnapps, champagne, rum and wine in large bowl
- 1 liter peach Schnapps
- 3 bottles champagne
- 1 liter rum
- 3 bottles wine (white or blush)
- peach twister (frozen concentrate juice)
- grenadine
- ice
CHOCOLATE BISCOTTI

1. Sift together dry ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 6 T (3oz) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 C sugar
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 C dried cranberries
- 3/4 C mini chocolate chips
BUCKEYES

Blend butter and peanut butter
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 C peanut butter
- 1 1/2 lb powdered sugar
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cake paraffin wax
OLD-FASHIONED DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE

Combine pie filling mix, milk, chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan
- 2 packages (4-serving size) Jell-O brand chocolate pudding
- 3 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 2 T butter
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
- Cool Whip
- Chocolate to grate for garnish
PIE CRUST

Cut shortening into flour and salt mixture
- 3 C flour
- 1 1/4 C shortening
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 t salt
- 1 beaten egg
COUNTRY POTATO CHOWDER

Sauce onion and celery in bacon drippings, sprinkle with flour, stir
- 6 bacon strips, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 quart half and half
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled, 1/2" cubes
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 2 T parsley
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 C sliced carrots
- 1 C green beans
- 1 can cream-style corn
TACO DIP

Mash avacado and mix with 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 soft avacado
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 can bean dip (regular or jalepeno)
- 1 can black olives
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 firm tomato
- 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
JERK CHICKEN

Combine jerk seasonings together and rub over chicken
- JERK SEASONING:
- 6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (6 oz each)
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t allspice
- 2 1/2 t thyme flakes
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- RELISH:
- 1 small red onion (diced)
- 1 small cucumber (peeled and diced)
- 1 t sugar
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
CARMEL POPCORN BALLS

Bring first three ingredients to a boil over medium heat
- 4 T butter
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C light corn syrup
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (2/3 C)
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 5 quarts popped corn
