BEEF SUPREME

Brown ground beef in drippings and pour off excess fat
- 2 lb ground beef
- salt, pepper and onion to taste
- 3-8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 8 oz medium wide noodles
- 2-3 oz package cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C cottage cheese
- 6 T sour cream and chives
- 2 T chopped green pepper
TOMATO SAUCE

Saute onions in oil until they become clear
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 t garlic or 2 large cloves chopped
- 1 28 oz can chopped or crushed tomatoes
- 1 12 oz can tomato paste
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 T basil (dry or fresh)
- 1 T oregano
- 1 t sugar
SHRIMP AND TOMATO PASTA TOSS

Combine hot pasta, shrimp and remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly
- 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked
- 1 lb medium cooked shrimp
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 C chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 C chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 C (2oz) grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 C halved yellow cherry tomatoes
- 4 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- coarsely ground black pepper
SPAGHETTI WITH OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC

When pasta is cooked halfway, put olive oil in a medium frying pan and bring up to temperature
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1/4 C fresh parsley
- 1 lb spaghetti
- parmesan cheese
PRETZEL FONDUE

1. In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat
- 2 T butter
- 1 T small-diced onion
- 1 oz flour
- 1 C whole milk.
- 4.8 oz Sam Adams Boston Lager
- 5 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- salt
- black pepper
- thick pretzel rods
ALFREDO SAUCE

Melt butter, add cheese and simmer on low about 3-5 minutes
- 1 C heavy cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 C loccatelli cheese, grated
- 1/2 C parmesan cheese, grated
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch white pepper
DILL-ICIOUS GREEN BEANS

Cook or steam beans and green onions with salt
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 t salt
- 1/3 C sliced green onions
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t red wine vinegar
- 2 t dried dill weed
- 1/2 t dry mustard
- 1/8 t freshly ground pepper
FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

Place cream in a small pan and bring it up to temperature just prior to the boiling point
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1/4 C parmesan cheese (more if you like it stronger)
CHEX PARTY MIX

Melt butter in large skillet
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 1/4 t seasoning salt
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/4 t onion or garlic powder
- 1 C each corn, rice, wheat, and bran chex cereal
- 1 C salted mix nuts or broken pretzel sticks
DALLAS COWBOY GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

this recipe can be used as a side dish, dip for chips or topping for baked potatoes
- 3 T butter
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into 1-in cubes
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel original tomatoes, not drained
- 2 (14.5-oz) cans French-style greens beans, drained
