CHICKEN WITH PROSCIUTTO AND BALSAMIC

Sprinkle chicken evenly with saqe and season lightly with salt and pepper
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, lightly pounded to 1/2" thick
- 3 T chopped fresh sage
- salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 C flour
- 3 T extra-virgin olive oil, plus more as needed
- 1 1/2 C unsalted chicken stock
- 2 oz thinly sliced prosciutto, julienned
- 2-3 t balsamic vinegar
HOOT-N-POOPINS

Put in blender with a dozen ice cubes
- 1 C 7-up
- 1 C vodka
- 1 banana
- 1 can frozen orange juice (not thawed)
TWICE BAKED POTATOES

Bake the potatoes. Cool to the point where you can handle them
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 1/4 C cheddar cheese and 1/4 C cream cheese
- 2 T parmesan cheese
- 2 T milk
- salt, pepper
FUDGE

Blend sugar and cocoa in mixing bowl
- 1 1-lb box powdered sugar
- 1/2 C cocoa
- 1/4 C milk
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 t vanilla
- 3/4 C chopped nuts
TOASTED/FRIED RAVIOLI

Cook ravioli according to the instructions minus 2 minutes
- 1 package frozen meat ravioli (50 count, approx. 1" sq.)
- 3 C flour
- 2 t salt, pinch of pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 3 C bread crumbs
- 1 C parmesan cheese
- 2 T dried parsley
- 1 T oregano
- 1 T basil
- 1 T garlic
NAPLES SUNSET

- 5 C orange juice
- 3 C pineapple juice
- 2 C Rum
- 1 C Peach Schnapps
MARGARITA

Put ingredients in a blender with ice and blend!
- 6 oz limeade
- 6 oz tequila
- 3 oz triple sec
- 6 oz seven-up
WHITE SANGRIA SLUSH

Combine first three ingredients in a 13"x9" pan; freeze until firm
- 1 (12oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1 (6oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1 1/2 C water
- 1 (750-milliliter) bottle Chablis or other dry white wine, chilled
- 1 (10oz) bottle club soda, chilled
- Garnishes: lemon, lime, or orange slices
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

In casserole blend soup, milk and pepper until smooth
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 C milk
- 3 1/2 oz french fried onion rings
- dash of pepper
STUFFED ZUCCHINI BOATS

Saute ground beef until brown
- 3 large zucchini (not too large)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 28 oz can chopped tomatoes
- 2 C cooked rice
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t basil
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/2 C mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 C parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper
