- 4 lb beef brisket
- 3 T liquid smoke
- 3/4 t garlic salt
- 3/4 t onion salt
- 1 T celery seed
- 3 T worchestershire sauce
- 1 C bottled barbeque sauce
FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 7 oz really good (45-50 percent cocoa) semisweet chocolate
- 3/4 C butter
- 1 C sugar
- 4 eggs, separated

HOT ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH DIP

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 package (9-11 oz) frozen creamed spinach, thawed
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1/4 C sour cream
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 C (2 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- Baked Pita Chips
VALENTINO'S PIZZA

Mix dough ingredients well; knead 8-10 minutes; rise 1-2 hours
- Dough: 1 package yeast
- 1 1/2 C water
- 2 T sugar
- 4 T olive oil
- 2 t salt
- 4 C flour
- Sauce: 1-8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1-8 oz can tomato paste
- 1/8 t thyme
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 t rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 t oregano
- 1/4 t caraway seeds
- 1/2 C water (optional)
- Meat: choice is yours (precooked)
- Cheese: 1/3 TO 1/2 lb mozzarella and monterry jack
RED SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE

- 1/2 C red wine vinegar
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1/3 C sugar
- 15 drops red pepper sauce
SNICKERDOODLE CHEX MIX

- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 2 C Cinnamon Chex cereal
