DILL POTATO SALAD

Boil potatoes until tender
- 1 C light mayonnaise
- 1 T mustard
- 2 T fresh dill or 1 1/2 t dried dill
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs red potatoes, cooked, quartered
- 1/3 C sliced green onions
CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE

Combine flour, 2 C sugar and salt in mixing bowl
- 2 C flour
- 2 C sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 C water
- 3 T cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t soda
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- Frosting: 1/2 C condensed milk
- 1 C sugar
- 20 small marshmallows
- 6 oz package chocolate chips
- 1 T butter
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 C chopped nuts
FRUIT SALAD WITH COOL LIME DRESSING

1. Prepare fruit and place in large serving bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve
- 8 C assorted fresh fruit such as cantaloupe, honeydew or watermelon balls; pineapple chunks; halved strawberries; blueberries or grapes
- 1 lime or lemon
- 1 container (8 oz) light key lime or lemon yogurt
- 1 C thawed, frozen whipped topping
- Sweetened flaked coconut, toasted (optional)
RICE KRISPIE TREATS

In saucepan bring to boil sugar and corn syrup
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C light corn syrup
- 1 C peanut butter
- 6 C Rice Krispies
- 6 oz package chocolate chips
- 6 oz package butterscotch chips
BAKED PITA CHIPS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 6 whole pita pocket bread rounds
SALMON PATTIES

In medium bowl mix all ingredients until well blended
- 1 can (7-3/4 oz) pink salmon drained and flaked
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C dry bread crumbs
- 1 t minced onions
- 1/4 t each salt and thyme
- dash of pepper

Mix together first set of ingredients in bowl
- FIRST MIXTURE:
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1/8 t salt
- 1 (6 oz) package chocolate chips
- SECOND MIXTURE:
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 C sugar
- 1 t soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 C cocoa
- 1 C water
- 1 T vinegar
- 1/3 C oil
- 1 t vanilla
DREISBACH'S POTATO'S

Mix all ingredients except cheese in crockpot
- 2 1/2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 quart whipping cream
- 2 t white pepper
- 2 t salt
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1/2 C onion flakes
- 1 C cheddar cheese
LAND O LAKES CANDY CANE LATTE

Place latte mix in a large coffee mug
- 2 T instant latte or vanilla cappuccino mix
- 3/4 C boiling water
- 1 T chocolate syrup
- 1/4 C Land O Lakes half and half
- 1-2 drops peppermint extract
- whipped light cream
- Crushed candy canes
SHRIMP SCAMPI FOR TWO OR THREE

Saute garlic in olive oil and butter
- 1 lb shrimp, boiled and peeled
- 1 T garlic
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 1 t parsley
- 1 t oregano
- 1 T dry white wine
