Blue Cheese Puffs

Mix cream cheese and mayo in a medium bowl
- 2 pkgs. (8oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 T. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced fresh chives
- 3-4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled (3/4-1 c. )
- 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 loaf whole wheat bread, very thinly sliced

- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1/8 t. red pepper
- 1/2 t. minced onion
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Spinach Salad with Sweet Parsley Dressing

In screwtop jar, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and pepper

- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans, thawed
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss or Fontina cheese
