Chocolate Mousse Cake

Place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil
- CHOCOLATE CRUST:
- 8 (1 oz.) squares semisweet chocolate
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 c. whipping cream
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1/3 c. butter
- 3 (1 oz.) squares semisweet chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING:
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla

Place the garlic and ginger in a food processor fitted with a steel blade
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 c. fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. tahini (sesame paste)
- 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 c. good soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1/4 c. sherry vinegar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 t. hot chili oil
- 2 T. dark sesame oil
- 1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 t. ground cayenne pepper
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
- 4 scallions, sliced diagonally (white and green parts)

- 1 pkg. Devil's food cake
- 1 (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 25 lg. marshmallows
- 14 oz. flaked coconut

- 2 c. chocolate chips
- 3 oz. almond slivers
